Attn: Operators

This accelerator is a part-time, hands-on, live cohort — real workflows, real agents, built by you. If you're the one everyone counts on to bring order to chaos, learn to let AI carry some of the weight.

Module Breakdown

Move from using AI tools to building actual systems. This curriculum takes you from prompts and prototypes into apps, agents, bots, and operational workflows you can apply to your own context.

Get hands-on with the current AI ecosystem and identify where AI tools create real operational leverage. Build a practical understanding of tokens, context, model behavior, and how to evaluate which tools are worth adopting for your workflows.

Go deeper into a powerful AI work environment (Claude Cowork) and learn how to consistently get better results from daily use. Cover the core building blocks — prompts, context, tools, skills, and MCPs — and explore how AI connects to the systems your team already uses.

Learn how to prototype operational tools quickly with AI-assisted development. Build lightweight scripts, internal utilities, and simple interfaces that transform data, generate reports, automate analysis, and reduce manual work.

Move from one-off prototypes to structured AI-powered applications. Learn how to design app flows that use models intentionally, manage user inputs and outputs, connect to APIs, and turn AI capabilities into reliable software experiences.

Learn what agents are, how they work, and when they are actually useful. Design agents with clear goals, instructions, tools, memory, and constraints so they can handle real operational tasks without becoming unpredictable.

Get acquainted with autonomous agents and what they can realistically do. Explore platforms like OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude-based agent workflows, and similar systems while learning the core layers of agent setup: goals, instructions, tools, context, permissions, triggers, and oversight.

Learn how to extend an autonomous agent into practical bot-based workflows. Build the technical and operational skill set for configuring bots, connecting them to tools like Slack, and designing automations that support real team processes. Explore where bots are useful, and where they break down in real scenarios.

Re-design an end-to-end operational workflow around AI-native capabilities. Map the people, tools, data, decisions, and handoffs involved, then design a new workflow where AI systems remove bottlenecks and create measurable leverage.

Bring your idea to life with dedicated build time and instructor support. Work independently or in small teams to design and develop a project of your choice, with guidance on technical direction, workflow design, and how to build something relevant to your goals.

Celebrate what you’ve built by presenting your capstone to your peers and instructor. Highlight the problem you chose to solve, the system you built, and the path to adoption inside your work — or what you plan to build next. Get feedback and input from the Overclock network, and leave inspired by the builds from across your cohort.

We have rolling cohort start dates, and both evening (6:30pm ET) and daytime (12pm ET) session times available.

This program has been designed for the "operators" known to bring order to chaos and the unsung heroes who make sure their companies continue to function without a hitch. You don't need to be a programmer; what matters is how you think about systems and scaling execution. Roles include senior operators, functional leaders, team managers, GTM leaders, consultants, and founders responsible for orchestrating people, processes, and workflows.

On average Fellows spend 5-8 hours a week, including 90 minutes of session time and weekly sprint assignments. Some weeks it may be 10-15 hours, but only when Fellows can’t pull themselves away from building!

Many of our fellows have received promotions or transitioned into AI-focused roles during or after the program. The skills you build are immediately applicable and increasingly in demand across industries.

Simply put, in this program, you will build -- constantly. Unlike traditional programs that are lecture-heavy and leave you to figure out implementation on your own, here you will be hands-on building AI applications, workflows, and agents on a weekly basis. Our instructors are also builders who actively build with AI in production environments.

Graduates pursue roles in AI Operations, AI Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Leadership, and Automation Engineering. The skills translate across industries.

You will walk out having confidently built AI-powered workflows that automate multi-step processes, agents that can plan and execute tasks on their own, MCP integrations that connect AI to your internal systems and data, and a capstone project that ties it all together. Graduates from Overclock programs have consistently said they've replaced weeks of manual work in days, created internal systems their teams actually adopted, and launched prototypes they took to stakeholders the following week. Our goal is to help our fellows become the immediate "known AI leaders" in their respective organizations.

Absolutely. We go far beyond basic AI usage into advanced agent design, orchestration, and organizational deployment — areas where even experienced engineers find significant growth.

Our instructors are practitioners who build and deploy AI systems professionally. They bring real production experience, not just academic knowledge.

Absolutely. Many participants have their tuition completely reimbursed by their companies. For those companies looking for private, custom training to engineering and operational teams, please contact us at team@overclockaccelerator.com to learn more.

Yes. If you're already using ChatGPT, Claude, n8n or similar tools, you are a perfect fit for our program. While you may be getting real value from your use of these tools, what we find consistently is that nearly all operators and technologists are grossly underestimating the amount of leverage they can get by understanding the principles that undergird them. In this program, you will learn to go beyond using single tools in isolation and instead learn to think in terms of cohesive AI systems. You'll learn how to design workflows, orchestrate tools, and build AI-powered processes that run with structure and reliability — not just one-off prompts or fragile automations. The shift is from dabbling with prompts to architecting AI operations that run without you.

Click the Secure Your Spot button or fill out the contact form below. We'll schedule a brief conversation to understand your goals and ensure the program is a good fit.

The world of tech has completely trasformed over the last year. Today, an operator need not have any prior coding experience to take full advantage of the most powerful set of AI tools available. We will show you how to prompt with confidence within powerful tools like Claude Code and Cursor -- and trust your results as you go. We've seen time and again that our "no-code" fellows have been able to build incredibly sophisticated AI applications and agents, and as AI models continue to progress we expect this trend to continue.
