Part 0Orientation

AI agents are moving from demos to real systems faster than most teams realize. Start with a grounded view of what is working now, what is still brittle, and where the opportunity is opening up.

Part 1Your Agentic Infrastructure

Set up the environment you will use throughout the program: rapid agent prototyping, Docker, and Doppler for secrets. Leave with fast demos running and a foundation built for iteration, not configuration.

Build your first optimized orchestrator agent—your own Brock. Give it the context, tools, and control layer it needs to become the foundation for the systems you build next.

Part 2High-Precision Agents

Turn a manual workflow into a high-performance agentic system. Break the work into steps an agent can own, then train and test it against the real inputs it needs to handle.

Make your agents observable and accountable. Learn to trace decisions, debug behavior, evaluate performance, and manage cost before small failures become expensive ones.

Learn how agentic loops and graph-based workflows make complex systems self-regulating. Design feedback, memory, and decision paths that let agents adapt, recover, and keep work moving without constant intervention.

Part 3Autonomous Teams

Move from one agent to coordinated teams of agents. Explore what autonomous systems can genuinely do today and how to assign, supervise, and correct them when the work gets complex.

Explore the frontier of agentic loops, on-demand fleets, swarms, and continuously running systems. Learn where multi-agent architectures create leverage—and where they introduce unnecessary complexity.

Build the control plane you manage from. Dispatch work, watch agents run, catch what breaks, and decide which decisions should be escalated back to a human.

Prepare your systems for the real world of platforms and cloud deployment. Compare AWS, Azure, and managed versus DIY approaches while moving your capstone beyond a local prototype.

A few years from now, we may look back on today's AI and agent systems the way we look at rusty robots: early, imperfect, and full of promise. This program helps you get ahead of that moment—building the judgment and practical skills to design agents that are useful now and ready for what comes next.

We have rolling cohort start dates, and both evening (6:30pm ET) and daytime (12pm ET) session times available.

On average Fellows spend 5-8 hours a week, including 90 minutes of session time and weekly sprint assignments. Some weeks it may be 10-15 hours, but only when Fellows can’t pull themselves away from building!

Simply put, in this program, you will build -- constantly. Unlike traditional programs that are lecture-heavy and leave you to figure out implementation on your own, here you will be hands-on building AI applications, workflows, and agents on a weekly basis. Our instructors are also builders who actively build with AI in production environments.
